My only comment is the apples - make sure they're organic, they're on the top 10 produce to buy organic by the Environmental Working Group. Conventional apple growers use a lot of chemicals to keep apples colorful and bug free. These chemicals are especially harmful to children. I've received a sneak peak to the 2010 EWG's Pesticide Shopper's Guide & celery is the #1 produce to buy organic followed by peaches, strawberries & apples.
