It’s Earth Day today! To celebrate, I’m getting off this computer and going outside to enjoy the earth! Nature offers lots of opportunities for unstructured play. So instead of trying to plan your day, just go outside and see where Mother Nature leads you. Chasing butterflies, analyzing Spring’s flowers, rolling in the grass, collecting pine cones, or just taking a walk are all activities you can enjoy on Earth Day. When you’re outside, make sure your children are protected and wearing safe sunblock. Happy Earth Day!
