This is a movement about change, as individuals, as a country, and as a global community. Join the 1,011,986 supporters of the Stop Global Warming Virtual March, and become part of the movement to demand our leaders freeze and reduce carbon dioxide emissions now. We are all contributors to global warming and we all need to be part of the solution. It’s our duty as parents to ensure that the earth is preserved for our children and future generations. Click here to have your voice counted.

Below are a list of things you and your family can do to help minimize your carbon footprint and help the efforts to stop global warming.

Switch to Compact Flourescent Bulbs - these bulbs are more expensive (about $2 each), but use 90% less energy and last up to 10 years! Just by switching 3 of your bulbs will result in saving 300 pounds of carbon from entering the earth’s atmosphere and $60 per year for your bank account!

Inflate Your Tires - Keep the tires on your car adequately inflated. Check them monthly. Save 250 lbs. of carbon dioxide and $840 per year.

Don’t Idle Your Car - if your going to be waiting for more than 30 seconds, turn off your car and open windows.

Plant a Tree - a great activity to do with your children and it saves 2,000 pounds of carbon from entering the atmosphere!
