Bumbo Baby Seat Recall

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a recall today for the Bumbo Baby Seat due to head injuries that resulted from babies falling out of the chairs. If the seat is placed on an elevated surface, young children can arch their backs, flip out of the Bumbo seat and fall onto the floor, posing a risk of serious head injuries. The remedy offered by the company is a warning sticker that says, “WARNING – Prevent Falls; Never use on any elevated surface”. Visit www.bumbosafety.com for more info.
